Solo players beware: Second Extinction is designed with squads in mind. Should the community fail to sufficiently bring the threat level down, the dinosaurs will bounce back and the threat level will spiral out of control, triggering a challenging ‘Emergence Event’. In Second Extinction you take on hordes of mutated dinosaurs with up to two friends. Via the game's ‘War Effort’ feature, you can target threats across the map, working as part of the community to lower the threat level. Players can experience Second Extinction on Xbox Series X.
